My name is Tony I'm 36 years of age with a college degree of BS in Computer Science and I've been in the RE Virtual Assistant for about 9 years now as a telemarketer, virtual assistant and appointment setter.
The previous campaigns that I've worked with are in regards to real estate, insurance, mortgage companies and IT Industry. In real estate, I do cold calls both seller and buyers list. Making follow up calls in seller leads. Getting comps and arvs and creating some cash offers or lease options using the offer calculator. I have experienced using different CRM's like Podio, REI simple, Freedomsoft, Pipeliner, Calltools and texting leads using lead sharpa and Roor. 
I have some knowledge doing skip tracing in REI Simple, Batchleads, propstream, scrappingsolutions, Privy and organize them in different excel sheets. For insurance and mortgage campaigns, I pre-qualify some leads that my client provided me to call. My computer skills are excellent and due to my strong background and achievements in successfully understanding the workflows and creating efficiencies, I am confident that I'll be able to succeed in this job you're hiring for.
