Manages day to day operations – Including Learning, Quality control and Recruitment
• Attends Client calls focused on Recruitment and Operational requirement
• Ensure that all activities are safe for customers and staff through proper
control measures
• Discuss performance to clients and stakeholders – making sure that actions are
in place and properly managed
• Ensure that the team is highly motivated by doing a monthly Rewards and
Recognition, Engagement activities and incentive schemes
• Handles a pool of Mentors/SMEs that does floor support and coaching to new
hire and tenured agents
• Attends regular calibration meetings with Training or Quality Team
• Conducts high-level interviews to associates
