I am a stay-at-home Mom looking for a night shift non-voice administrative assistant position or marketing assistant to work at home.
I have been working for almost 15 years.
My recent job was as a Retail Sales Executive for 5 years in a home and office furniture company
Tasks are as follows:
- Telemarketing (sales calls, answering phone calls, SMS, and
- Scheduling meetings and appointments with the client
- Assisting walk-in clients
- Preparing and sending proposals and quotations to the client
- Providing good customer service
- Monitoring and updating online ads on the FB page and Carousell account
Office staff in a Real Estate Company for 1 year
Tasks are as follows:
- Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and sorting of documents
- Processing, and follow-up the status of the Housing Loan Application of the buyer
- Preparing payroll for admin staff
Cashier for 2 years and 6 months
Tasks are as follows:
- Cashiering
- Provide sales to the company by assisting clients
- Accomplish Daily and Monthly Sales Report
- Inventory
Encoder in an IT company for 2 years
Tasks are as follows:
- Encode files and proofread
- Sorting and compiling files
- Preparing Accomplishment Report
Administrative Assistant in a Pest Control Company for 4 years
Tasks are as follows:
- Answering phone calls
- Sending proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor the monthly schedule of the client for pest control services
- Timekeeper
- Documentation
When it comes to my work I would like to say that I am responsible I take my job responsibility seriously. I am hardworking, I work hard because I want positive feedback and positive result. I want to be successful in my job both for my satisfaction and for my employer. I can work with minimal supervision, and exercise initiative. I am a positive thinker, it gives me the right attitude in my work and creates happiness and success and it can even reduce stress.
