I am currently a Service Delivery Manager and have extensive 13 years of experience in IT industry from Development to Operations role.
My value proposition as one of the Global DevOps Institute Ambassadors is that I understand the end-to-end value stream flow. I can design, build and implement processes, kanban board and facilitate meeting in handling users stories and tickets in line with the overall strategies of our customers.
As an experienced Service Delivery Manager, I can run a scrum framework foundation, Knowledge-Centered Service Foundation or DevOps Foundation training to educate and align expectations across Scrum Team. I also have training, experience and certification in relation to Project Management, Design Thinking, Professional Scrum I (PSM 1) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist.
In terms of inspection, transparency and adaptation of work, we can setup the scrum events like daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint backlog grooming, sprint, sprint review/demo and sprint retrospectives.
