I have been a freelancer since 2016 and started as an Appointment setter/Sales Development Representative. From then on, I started loving that niche and worked on different homebase job companies. My most recent job was a Sales Development Representative of a company providing Software as a service(Saas). My job is mainly prospecting good leads for the company. Coldcalling was the major task. I have used different softphones like. five9, aircall, ring central, nextiva, and kixie. Once the lead is interested, I set up the appointment using Calendly for the sales team and the client. Right after scheduling, I updated our CRM (Salesforce). I have performed both inbound and outbound calls. I have performed sales as well by being an appointment setter for a dental insurance plan. I also was assigned as a virtual assistant for a music school company. All of these experiences have greatly developed my English communication skills both written and oral. I am becoming more efficient in every job that I handled. I can work independently and can perform multi tasking in my assigned tasks. Giving much attention to details helped me as well in being an effective customer service representative. I can assure my commitment for whatever job that I will be assigned to, not just for myself but for the good of the company as well.
