Profile Description

- Manage Shipments for both FBA and FBM.
- Import handling.
- Issue purchase orders to vendors.
- Book import shipping with carriers.
- Maintain logs and data folders with related documents.
- Review and approve US customs import filings.
- Arrange and monitor on-time container deliveries from the ports to warehouses.
- Send advance arrival notices to warehouses.
- Inventory management.
- Compare warehouse-receiving paperwork to shipping documents and receive new inventory in the system upon arrival.
- Ongoing inventory reconciliation for all items and product lots against 3PL warehouse portals.
- Maintain traceability records for all items and production lots.
- Order processing (Wholesale)
- Receive customer purchase orders via email and ordering portals.
- Verify pricing, promotions, and minimums before releasing.
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders and for order corrections.
- Allocate inventory for orders.
- Send orders releases to warehouses for shipment.
- Send order releases to customers.
- Quote shipping on multiple trucking portals and set up for delivered orders.
- Monitor orders to ensure on-time pickups and orders in transit.
- Contact customers and truckers for missed pickups.
- Enter orders in the forecasting system.
- Compare final shipping paperwork against purchase orders and actual shipments and invoice accordingly.
