I've been in the industry of customer service for more than 6 years. For that 6 years I was able to learn on how to properly assist clients, how to make them happy and satisfy not just with the products that I am catering but also with the services I am providing. I am well knowledgeable when it comes to pacifying clients, showing empathy and assuring clients with the resolution that I am providing to them. I am also a fast learner when it comes with product knowledges, Product related tools and software.
