My current role as Technical Support Analyst in Cambridge University Press mainly focuses on three items.
1. Deliver User Requests - Implement administrative requests in our Learning Management System for School Admins, Teachers and Students.
2. Investigate/Solve User concerns - Assesses the problem, investigate, review evidences, correcting mistakes/putting things right and respond.
3. Continuous Improvements - This includes creating process documents and user guides.
