I've been working as a customer service representative for several year in business process outsourcing here in the Philippines.

Web Dynamics is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our focus is on delivering exceptional, data-driven results for our clients. My role involves reviewing the client's current package with them via Zoom. This includes a detailed recap of what they have purchased and the inclusions of their package. After discussing their existing package, I then present marketing strategies tailored to their business needs. I also offer them the opportunity to upgrade to a higher-tier package, such as our premium lead generation plan, and present alternative packages that might better align with their business goals. During these discussions, I explain the benefits and features of the upgraded packages, including access to GoHighLevel CRM, an appointment setter, video content, social media management and video posting, ad creatives for campaigns, and more. I've been with the company for several years and have been promoted during my tenure.

In my role, I handle a variety of tasks including answering phones, ordering supplies, and scheduling showings. I respond to incoming emails and assist applicants with the application process, including checking application statuses. I transfer calls to the appropriate staff and arrange office meetings and outings. I resolve customer queries regarding apartment or house availability and gather all necessary documents from applicants. I compile applicant data for the team’s final decision. As a liaison during the lease signing process, I address all prospect questions related to security deposits, utilities, keys, move-in procedures, and approvals. Additionally, I maintain communication with agents, property managers, and applicants throughout the entire process.
