I have GHL Technical Support Background which integrates pretty much everything from your website to any of your tools, create funnels, webforms and such depending on your company needs.

I am proficient in using  Klaviyo, Zendesk, Shopify &Shopified App, Shipstation, Stripe, Google Apps and MS Applications. I am also knowledgable in dropshipping using Dropified App. Had Airbnb/property managing background for 4 years. I am a one stop shop VA, you name it! :)

I have proven my worth and performed very well in my previous jobs by giving them more than the required quota for the day with quality of course. I have been effectively handling every customer's concern while working within the company's policy, procedures and standard processes. I am able to support team goals along with finishing my assigned tasks which makes me a perfect fit for the multi tasking environment.

I have total of almost 15 years in customer service industry. I have been working at home for almost 5 years and this opportunity have given me skills and abilities that will definitely be an asset to your company.
