Profile Description

-Generate and send invoices, track payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks.-Edit and trim video content for seminars, promotional materials, and other purposes. -Ensure videos are of high quality and meet company standards.-Assist with task organization and management using Clickup and Todoist. Ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.-Upload seminar recordings and related materials to the appropriate platforms. 
-Ensure content is accessible and properly organized.-Record and update information for new customers, including their subscriptions and payment details. 
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.-Manage customer subscriptions, handle renewals, cancellations, and ensure customers receive timely communication regarding their subscriptions.-Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling and document management.
