  external partners.
- Filed paperwork, sorted and delivered mail, and maintained office 
  organization.
- Responded to inquiries by answering telephone calls, in-person questions, and 
  emails
- Oversaw successful planning and execution of staff meetings, parties, and 
  events.
- Managed company schedule to coordinate calendars and arrange travel.
- Updating databases internally, such as sick, vacation, bereavement, sabbatical, 
  and maternity leave.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee 
  information.
- Coordinated work activities of the staff relating to employment, compensation, 
  labor, and employee relations.
- Administered compensation, benefits, and performance management systems 
  at the direction of the supervisor.
- Delivered friendly assistance to new hires throughout the interviewing and 
  hiring process.
- Documented human resources records and maintained the confidentiality of 
  sensitive personal information.
- Updated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database, and  maintained 
  data accuracy, and assisted with system changes.
