Administrative assistant -
- Monitor and report project status, communicating and escalating budget issues that may impact project delivery.
- Maintain administrative documentation and workflow related to projects and operations.
- Assist in preparing project and operational budget reports and presentations.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, tracking, and communicating project expenses, and ensuring that project costs are within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate administrative budget meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing internal documents.
- Update spreadsheets used by accounting, production, and field services
