Profile Description

NOC Technician with five years of experience working on MSP companies in US. Monitoring and Handling issues through ticketing system ConnectWise. Performing actions in resolving issues with Ninja, Datto RMM, Continuum and Automate. Creating documentation of processes on ITGlue. Administering cloud and email accounts for new hires, such as creating, reset password, unlock account, backup, granting file or folder access, email forwarding, blacklisting and whitelisting, adding users to distribution or group. Monitoring and maintaining servers and desktops making sure OS, Software, applications and  AV are up to date. Reporting offline devices such as servers, switches and routers to proper technicians. Rebooting devices as needed. Working on project tickets such as monthly MSP audit for clients which consists of verifying if servers and workstations have AV installed and updated, Applying patches and Windows feature update, Run RMM scanning tool from a server to verify all machines have RMM installed. Updating RMM agents. In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft 7, 8, 10. Server 2012 and R2, Server 2016, Server 2019. Experience with various software including Outlook, Powershell, Huntress, VMware. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and various other server roles such as file shares and printing services. Listening skills - comprehend what is said, respond appropriately. Excellent understanding of desktop management tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
