I started my career as an Admin in a BPO company doing Data Gathering and Transfers. I was transferred to the I.T. department as an I.T. Specialist handling a small team consisting of 3 tea
After some time I got hired by a logistics company which enabled me to do some data entry with financial and accounting tasks that gave me an understanding of how their business works. I handled the liquidation report, compiled the budget, and reconciliation reports that ensured that the actual amount of money spent matched the amount shown leaving an account at the end of a fiscal period, and processed gas card loads for their vehicles. I was also performing an outbound call to reach out to different driver-partners to solve their problems that are showing on our system.
I also worked as a Desktop Support Engineer for a project-based job. This is a site-wide large deployment of software to all of the Robinsons Bank branches nationwide. We upgraded their Windows Operating System, and updated different drivers of their PCs, reinstalling updated software, configuring software, and strengthening their security.
My recent job was as a Customer Service Representative performing an outbound call and providing
My expertise was providing different reports whenever they needed one. I was mainly using that time was Salesforce, Asana, Google Sheets, and Excel.
I was also promoted to an Inventory and logistics Specialist, primarily working with shipments. We ensured that all of the shipments were delivered from First Mile, Mid Mile, and Last Mile hubs and were received by our Carrier. I was working with Google Sheets and Excel to create a tracker for our team to track all of the records and provide a report to the higher-ups. I am the one who's working with Claims Management, whether there is a delay with the agreed SLA of delivery, a lost item or accessory, or a damaged product during the delivery.
My expertise is in Data Entry as I have a decent typing speed of 80wpm averaging 95 accuracy. I am a fast learner, and I am confident you wouldn't spend long training me. I may have many questions because I don't want to make a big mistake that will lose my job. I am flexible with the tasks I will be given and will give my best to complete them on time. I am also looking for the best way to do my job quickly by organizing my time.
