I believe there's always room for improvement that's why I always leave some space for those. My experience as a Customer Service Specialist has greatly affected me as an individual since I have been working for almost 8 years handling different companies in a BPO setting. Honestly, I find it funny and weird because the traits and characteristics of being a great Customer Service Representative feels like it's engraved or programmed in me. I always find ways to approach someone nicely or to complain in a way that I do not sound like I'm complaining or to always make sure that every guests in my party should have been dealt with fairly and to even go above and beyond things just to satisfy that person's needs and/or wants. Things like that makes me happy and contented as a person too.
