Profile Description

Worked as virtual bookkeeper/ financial specialist for an international client for more than two years.  Comprehensive work experiences  as Accountant  and Administration role in a corporate set up  in the field of Accounting & Finance, Payroll management and HR Administration both for domestic and international company for more than ten years.
Proficiency in using  Quickbooks Online and other accounting software.

Work Experience:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and  Fixed asset management
- Maintenance of general ledger  and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Categorization of expense and balance sheet accounts using Quickbooks Online 
- Financial reporting and analysis  , Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet 
- Bank Accounts and credit card reconciliation
- Year end reports , tax filing and compliance requirements
- Payroll processing and HR processes and compliance
- Hands on experience doing clean up and catch up of prior year's transaction using 
  Quickbooks online and prepare Financial reports

Skills:
- Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop software, ADP Payroll software
- Insync EHR (Electronic Health Record) system, Office Ally
   Microsoft office excel, word and powerpoint
