Prior to that, I was a Cashier/Sales Representative for different Retail Store for almost 8yrs. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. I have received professional English training because of my past call center experiences as well and I posses skills such as empathy, active listening, problem solving, communication, patience and technical knowledge. As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call. I case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to.
