Profile Description

I had my First job at Granite Industrial Corp. Mandaue City, Cebu for one (1) year and two (2) months as AutoCAD Operator and enhance my skills through Lay-outing the Water tank, Granite Installation and other project that is handled by the company. Also, I had acquired proficient skills in Design Planning which was also a part of the job and learn some accounting works since I was given an additional work load in the accounting department. I also worked at Visual Octane eXperience (VOX), Cebu City as 3D Artist from August 2015 - May 2018. For years, it has been my daily routine to design an Architectural 3D Model and create a 3D-Walkthrough and animate it through Adobe After effects depending on the client. Also, I have learned on how to design a webpage since I am always curious and willing to add more skills during my employment with VOX. I was challenged to work under pressure with a competitive work and after with these jobs mentioned above, I have realized to explore in a BPO Industry in order for me to acquire more skills. My first BPO experience was with The Results Companies for 6 months only with Comcast account and we also do basic trouble shooting aside from being a CSR and after my venture with the company, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to explore in different company which is EXL Service Phils., This have been my second BPO company and I worked with them for 3 years and 3months. I am a CSR for a financial account (Pre-sales Agent) and we convince customers to get a loan with us with lower interest rates. I believe these skills would be a great contribution for the good of the company.
