I work in a BPO company here in the Philippines and worked in the industry for more than 7 years now. I am good at call handling as a customer service representative. I handled emails, chats, technical issues, and financial accounts in my previous job and handle several international accounts that are based in the United States. I worked with Airbnb as a resolution team, I was Live Chat support for AT&T, I was a Customer Service Representative through calls for Sprint, I was a Technical Support for DirecTV and GoPro, and I was with Kabbage,  assisting small businesses processing loans. Also, I worked as a property manager for a short term vacation rental (Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking) where I do all the stuff: inventory, cleaning schedule, maintenance requests, handling guest concerns and inquiries, escalations and etc. for 18 apartments and 1 house at the same time. I work in a fast-paced environment with less supervision. I am hard working, patient, adaptable, know how to listen, and easy to work with ang great clear communication skills.
