Working as an agent, one thing that I'm best at is doing research by utilizing available resources to provide customer's needs and concerns. I'm also good in decision making that both benefits the interest of both the business and the customer. As for sales, the key point is asking the right question to identify customer's needs/interest and providing best sales recommendation that meets those needs.

Of course, MS Excel skill is required to make the analysis much easier.
