Good day!
I am a mother of 4, worked as breadwinner to our family. I've been working for this industry since 2006 and been handling several accounts like Best buy, Sprint, AT&T,Comcast,eBay,Blue Shield of California, SiriusXM, Prudential retirement services and WorldRemit services. I have handled voice, technical and chat with these accounts mentioned. I also tried handling escalations and being one of the SMEs.I was offered QA and team lead positions but I declined it. I am enjoying my role as frontliner.This would be my first time to do freelance work and wanted to get a job permanent work from home.
I am very excited to showcase my talents to future clients.
Hopefully I will get the job I dreamed of.
