I am fully equipped with the skills needed to perform according to my client's expectations. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.). I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology from one of the college institutions here in Philippines.

I have a good communication skills and I am proficient in English. I've been in a BPO industry for Inbound and Outbound calls for 3 years. I am good in persuading customers, and was able to hit the goals and quotas given by my supervisors while I was doing the job. I do love my career, and I continue learning each day to improve and develop the skills and knowledge that I have. I want to grow and be better than I am today.
