I've worked with many clients, a real estate broker, real estate agent, a wholesaler, an investor and many more.  Throughout my career, I've utilized various dialers like Mojo, Ready Mode (Xencall), Followup Boss, Five9, Batch Dialer, and Calltools. Additionally, I'm familiar with REI Reply for SMS and have worked with CRMs such as Gohighlevel, Podio, and Resimpli.

As a cold caller, my primary role involves reaching out to specific homeowners, gauging their interest in selling or considering a cash offer. I gather essential details, particularly focusing on the "four pillars," and qualify leads based on the sellers' motivation level. Beyond cold calling, I am experienced in acquisition management. I can identify comparable properties using tools like Propstream, Zillow, and Redfin, and I'm proficient in calculating ARV (After Repair Value) and MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer). I'm well-versed in presenting offers to sellers, creating contracts, and using DocuSign for document handling. I also possess experience in disposition management, wherein I assist clients in expanding their buyer lists by crafting advertisements through online platforms like Facebook, as well as through calls and email blasting.
