I have experience working with people in previous positions because I worked as a sales person in PC solutions for almost 3yrs.
I'm interested in sales because I have great interpersonal skills and I'm passionate about providing excellent customer service. In the past, I've dealt with upset customers by carefully listening to them and then taking the necessary steps to ensure they walked away satisfied. I would first listen to their complaint. Next, I would ask them questions and determine how I could most effectively meet their needs. If I couldn't fulfill their expectations, I would seek help from management. Now I'm taking new steps to work as a sales representative online I know this is my first time but I am determined to hone my skills as a Sales Rep. This is a great opportunity to showcase my ambition to win—something sales is all about.
