Profile Description

I'm an eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Bonanza and Shopify Store Manager. I've been in the ecommerce industry for more than 7 years, and 15 years in the customer service industry. I helped more than 200 sellers run their ecommerce stores. I also trained a team of 20-30 product listers. Part of my job was to provide customer service via email, chat and by phone, process orders, update shipping information, source products and communicate with the suppliers, create and edit listings manually or by using a flat file, fix listing issues, resolve customer complaints and opened cases, evaluate seller performance, request for feedback removal and other tasks needed to be done like I own the stores. 
I was also part of eBay's Trust and Safety team for five years providing world class customer service to buyers and sellers all over the world by phone and by email. I got awarded multiple times for being a top agent and got promoted twice as a Quality Assurance Analyst and as a Performance Development Coach. I managed 15 - 22 agents and made sure that each agent are consistently hitting the target.
