I'm looking for an agency that can grow with me. Here are some of my qualities:

*Coachable *
I love getting feedback. You can tell me everything I need to improve on and change. You won't have a hard time teaching me.

*Responsible *
I love deadlines; it keeps me pressured and working. You can rely on me not pulling a disappearing act, especially when you need me the most.

I take initiatives Upgrade to see actual info need to constantly nag me just to do a decent job.

*Adaptable *
I love being in a new environment. I may be shy at first but will get used to it as time goes by. You can count on me to collaborate and sync in with your team.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm not a total newbie.

I've been studying and learning copywriting for 3 months now.

I've read "Scientific Advertising," and I'm currently reading "Influence" by Robert Cialdini. And it's really amazing how powerful these psychological triggers are.

I've joined free and paid courses about copywriting and learned about sales funnels, customer awareness level, market sophistication, and persuasion in general.
