Profile Description

I started my career in BPO industry as a Sales Associate at Convergys Alabang-4 ( now Concentrix) from June 2015 to June 2017.
Here I handle Inbound and Outbound calls for Sprint Telesales, one of the largest telecommunications company in the US.
As a Sales associate I upsell adding a new line of service or convincing the current customer to upgrade their phone to latest phone in the market, I also upsell insurance protection for their phones , Tablet/ Ipad,phone accessories etc.
After 2 years, I took the risk and look for a much better opportunity, I got hired on the 2nd BPO company that I worked for, and that is at Synchrony Global Services Upgrade to see actual infoc., I started my career in Synchrony in June 2017 as a Collections representative doing Inbound and Outbound calls for delinquent credit card accounts aim to help cardholders to bring their account up to date and current, In February 2019 I became part of Debt Setttlement Team, wherein I work with 3rd party debt consolidation company’s like National debt relief, Freedom Debt Relief etc., Here I set up settlement arrangements for eligible Cardholders.
Being a consistent performer and meeting portfolio’s target, I received some awards like Highest Dollar Collected, 100?ll Quality throughout the year and I also joined several development programs and attended couple of skills sessions that aim to give me additional knowledge aside from my regular role. After a year I got Promoted as a Collections Account Manager , In this role I am responsible in handling and resolution of Forbearance and Escalated Calls, Provide answers to general system, procedural and collections associate’s questions and perform daily collection operational duties.
