Managing paycard requests and HMO lists of employees
Prepare weekly reports of the HR department that will be presented in meetings
Inventory of weekly and monthly office supplies
Entertaining of guests/clients or delivery supplies in the office
Tracking of records in terms of office’s budget requests
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Handles and assist all employee concerns
Facilitates admin hearing for employees with violations based on the company rules and regulations
Prepare and send AWOL letters
Prepare and serve Administrative Memorandums.
Prepare clearance and release quitclaims of separated employees
Conducts exit interview
Conducts career couching and counselling.
Assist in regularization and quarterly performance appraisal of employees
PAYROLL AND COMPENSATION BENEFITS
In charge of auditing daily time records of employees every payroll
Assist employees in filling company loan, SSS salary loan, Pag-ibig loan
Assisting employee payroll concern to payroll personnel and to accounting department
OPERATIONS
Oversee the operations (Direct reporting to Operations Manager & CEO of the company)
In charge of informing Sales supervisors regarding issueance of NTE and IR to employees
