Profile Description

I am a Team Leader for almost 7 years and I can say that I can do anything with proper training, of course. My job responsibilities include checking the email of clients, reviewing thoroughly the guide about the tasks before starting our work to achieve high accuracy, managing the tasks, and distributing them equally to the team. I like to learn new things so that I can widen my scope of skills. We are also using formulas in excel, which is needed to be accurate because 1 wrong step will lead to errors. I also like using thunderbird as my default email because I can manage message filters but I can also use Gmail if it is needed. I am patient in teaching my teammates new instructions from the clients and I am not ending the training without asking them if there are any questions. We are also meeting with my co-admins and our Project Manager to create ideas on how we can make our team better.
