I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing for over 13 years.
6+ years of this was with American Express where I was a Lead customer care professional. My everyday goal is to deliver EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, includes attending to card members' inquiries including bill inquiries,disputes,rewards,and add on services. Also tasked to HANDLE ESCALATIONS and FLOOR SUPPORT assisting other members of the team. I was part of our RETENTION team with the goal of winning back relationships with card members. I also have a proven track record ON SALES/VALUE GENERATION INITIATIVES.
I was also with TATA Consultancy where I had a customer service role for Australian utility company.
My first landed job was in 2010 as a COLLECTIONS OFFICER for a US based financial institution, and kept the same role on to my next company, Probe Group as a third party collections officer for AUSTRALIAN market.
