* I'm an analytical thinker, because as a Payroll and Billing checker in my current job I should always make sure to that all the payroll and billing files forwarding to me were well analyzed and should be free from error before approving it and if ever there is a problem I always make a solution or make a way on how to resolve it right away and make sure that it will not happen again next time.
* I have a positive attitude, when there is a problem or issue that our team have I always stay calm and instead of panicking I identify first the problem, talk to my team and discussed how to resolve it.
