Perform website quality assurance regularly to ensure catalogs and descriptions are presentable and accurate / Monitor daily online customer services by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all customer transactions through calls, live chat, and email correspondence/ Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolutions to all customers’ requests. / Assist in all administrative and operational duties/ Administrate E-commerce platforms, including order fulfillment and return / Uploading of product content to websites and other distribution chUpgrade to see actual infoels / Manage daily reports using EXCEL / Manage company online stores and Singapore market places such as Shopee,Qoo10, Lazada, etc. / Content and product management included image upload, image update/edit, price update, product description, etc. / Attend enquiries and customer service from all online platforms and social media. / Daily operations included processing order, arranging delivery, generating sales reports, and tracking payments. / Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
