I am currently working as an admin or in an offline role in a car-sharing company based in Australia. My job is to handle all the damages reports on our vehicle and determine if it needed to be repaired urgently or can be put in our future repair list sheet. My contact is mostly with our repairers, our members, and the third party and their insurance. I'm also handling emails from our members, attending to their inquiries about following up on the iUpgrade to see actual info of their aUpgrade to see actual info, and also chasing them for their policy obligations in our company, such as their excess, the cost of repairs, and some requirements that our team needed. In addition to handling the emails, it also includes all the emails from the third party and their insurances that are following up on the iUpgrade to see actual info from the aUpgrade to see actual info that they're involved with our members.
