Account Supervisor

Collect daily, weekly or monthly time sheets. Calculate bonuses and allowances. Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software. Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees. Report on payroll expenses. Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations. Enter new employees’ data (bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

Performs assessment for new dealers and approves all submitted requirements to ensure credit worthiness. Receives cash/checks payments for advance, on-time and overdue and Issues Collection Receipts for payments for advance, on-time and overdue. Checks and monitors maturing and delinquent accounts. Attends daily morning calls and reports the current activities, programs, overdue and maturing accounts for the day.
