Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 6 years and been working under different accounts for outbound customer service and with non-voice campaigns which includes chat, email and data entry.

Working as customer service representative requires not only taking calls also needs data entry in updating every customer’s data, and multitasking is one of the key for being efficient at work and this can be a huge plus. I am familiar in using Microsoft office tools- such as MS-word, Excel and many more.
I am also experienced with social media management as enrollment specialist. We help generate leads by generating ads through social media platforms like Facebook, Linked-in, IG, and Google.

On my current active campaign for VOIP app, we are currently using Zendesk tool to cater chats, emails, and little bit of outbound calls.
Furthermore, I am passionate about every given task, a fast learner and can work on a fast-paced environment. I can easily adapt to changes, and always making sure that I am updated on every policy posted by the company and is also willing to undergo any trainings to enhance my skills and client requirements.
