Profile Description

I worked as a customer service representative in the call center industry for six years, handling airline and hotel reservations, Telco accounts with sales, and tech support for home audio lifestyle products. After six years of managing calls, chats, and emails, I was promoted to the workforce department as an RTA. Two years later, I was promoted to a scheduler, a position I still hold. Additionally, I was upskilled to a Supervisor role. My primary tools for scheduling are Google Sheets, ExUpgrade to see actual info, and Microsoft Forms, and I am proficient in creating ExUpgrade to see actual info templates. As a scheduler, my main responsibility is ensuring adequate staffing to meet forecasted volume. I also update new hires' profiles and tools to ensure everything is functional before they start production. I maintain our Master Roster files, send weekly attrition reports, approve vacation leave, provide recommendations to the operations department, and plan activities such as training and coaching.
