I am a Bachelor Graduate Major in Business Management and Quickbooks ProAdvisor.

I have a lot of experience in freelancing as VA in different industries and other platforms. I am a Business Management graduate and have an experience in E-Commerce, Property Management, Bookkeeping and have been an Executive Assistant in the USA & UK.

I am very passionate about making sales in fact my expertise is to help business owners to grow their businesses and make a lot of $$$. I had strong analytical skills, problem-solving with solution-based, and most especially a very patient attitude in regard to customer service. I am willing to learn new things and broaden my knowledge. I can quickly adapt to changes and get along with anyone.

STR & LTR Property Management | US TURO CAR RENTALS
• Accept/Manage bookings and inquiries for STR
• Guest Communication via chat and emails
• Process Refunds, Reimbursement and charge for any extra chargers
• Update listings, alteration requests and other related
• Coordinate, Remind and Follow up with housekeeping teams for turnaround services and schedules
• Schedule Vendors/Handyman/ Shop visit for repair and maintenance
• Schedule tenants for viewing
• Create, Process and Send Invoices, Sales Receipt for tenants
• Collect & Verify Rental fees/Payments
• Verifying, Monitoring and Follow up payments, due dates and past dues
• Process payments for Vendors and other  recurring bills and payables
• Other Admin tasks (Bookkeeping, Data Entry etc)

Accountant | Bookkeeper
• Invoicing
• Manage AR/AP
• Record money in and out transactions
• Categorizing all transactions are in correct account and ledger
• Preparing Weekly/Bi Weekly/Monthly Profit and Loss Statement
• Monthly Reports

Experienced as General VA/EA, I am adaptable, flexible, and can quickly learn and familiarize myself with any software.
