Profile Description

I previously worked as a Logistic Customer Service for UPS for 12 years. I am responsible for shipping orders, tracking or monitor their shipments everyday, processing claims for lost and damaged Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with our Centres or dispatch if needed. Answering customer's inquiry and providing rates.
I am currently working with Cloudstaff and my Client is Summit Supply LLC. I am also resposible with their shipping. Track and monitor their shipments everyday, make sure that they are all on time and no Upgrade to see actual infolling carriers if we have problems with their shipment. Processing lost and damaged items. Paying billing invoices and making sure sure that we are billed correctly. Processing dispute to the main invoicing when needed.
