My most recent work experience was as an inventory management and fulfillment specialist at LOGITIX a leading provider of ticketing solutions for brokers and events. As an inventory manager, I sorted open orders for multiple brokers, ensured accuracy and timeliness, and provided live support for orders and broker fulfillment. I also uploaded proof of transfer or re-transfer to the customers and updated the portal status. Previously, I worked as a customer service representative at TTEC, where I interacted with customers via phone, email, and chat, and processed orders and coordinated deliveries.
