I Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. I enter data from
documents into the computer systems like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and
QuickBooks. I always verify the accuracy of the data.
Sales Coordinator.
Setting sales targets, implementing sales strategies,
taking customers’ orders, and coordinating deliveries.
Purchaser.
To find a good supplier with good products at a
reasonable price for the company. I'm responsible for sending orders, follow-ups,
and checking that the delivered items are in good condition. I'm responsible for finding a good deal, a good product with a good price.
Payroll Officer.
Calculate employees' compensation, update our internal
payroll database, and ensure timely payments. I have a flair for numbers and am
able to handle sensitive information.
Finance Assistant.
Processing payments, maintaining cost reports, managing invoices, and keeping/maintaining all record of all bank records or transactions.
Admin Staff.
Assist the administrative manager in managing
schedules, budgets, personnel databases, and generating reports. I maintain an
appropriate system, giving support to staff and employees. The one who takes
care of and fixed the employees' benefits and other legal
significantly and coordinate with other staff and departments, including
senior-level officials.
