Profile Description

Participated in full life-cycle of recruiting including cold calling, precreening
candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing
candidates’ applications
• Effectively participated in full cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre screening
candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes, assessing
candidate’s application, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting
background checks, and closing qualified candidates
• Interviewed potential job applicants and partnered with management to select
the final candidates for each open position
• Created advertisements for job positions and post in proper locations
• Draught contracts and other paperwork needed for new hires
• Explain terms of position with new hires, such as salary, hours, dress code, job
description, etc.

• Assist applicants in filling out paperwork such as tax form, HR forms, insurance,
government requirements, etc.

• Keeping the hiring manager up-to-date throughout the process through the
creating an Applicant Tracker System
• Interview prospective candidates to assess qualifications and capabilities; guide
candidates through application process, score written exams, and notify
candidates of results.
• Represented the company through networking with colleges/universities during
job fairs and special recruitment activities outside Cebu
• Strictly complied with the different system database (Workday and CNX Start) to
ensure perfect compliance rating for the whole team
• Came up with strategies wherein I can process candidates faster while still
capturing all the necessary information needed to lessen processing time. If
strategies were effective and efficient, made sure to air it out to the supervisor to
help the other members as well.
• Ensuring candidates are accommodated properly throughout the whole
recruitment process
