I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  I have 8 years experience in the HR Department and 3 years in customer service in bpo. My first job was in McDonald's as a service crew. As a Cashier or a Service Crew, my task was to provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service. I assist and take the orders of the customer, I also did the suggestive selling technique to increase my sales, I process accurate payments, I assemble and serve complete food orders of the customers. Most of my previous jobs were in the HR Department as HR Recruiter and Timekeeper (Payroll) for more than 8 years from several companies. My last employer was in an Outsourcing manpower services company for 5 years. I worked there as a Sourcing Specialist. After 3 years they promoted me for the Project site Coordinator/Supervisor. I managed 6,000 construction workers for 2 project sites building condominiums in Manila Philippines. 
Before the pandemic, we had a family business. We managed 4 school canteens with my husband. Right now, I’m a part-timer in online selling. I help my husband to sell  Japanese food and Korean food. I have a Facebook page account where I can post my products.  Sometimes I’m also a freelance Hair and make-up artist for weddings and special events. Last year, I was a Herbalife Consultant and Coach. I help people who want to lose weight or gain weight and sold nutrition and weight-management products of Herbalife. 

Because of my work experiences, I can say that I am a patient, hardworking person, dedicated, flexible, I’m passionate about my work and I am a people person.
