Profile Description

I had worked as a Service Operation Specialist in one of the most trusted diagnostic clinics in Cebu for a year, in which I did multitasking skills such being a receptionist or customer service representative and being a teller.
I then worked as an HR Assistant for almost 2 years wherein, I handle all the responsibilities of being an HR which includes providing clerical and admin support, staffing, recruitment, trainings or meeting activities, and performance evaluation. After working as an HR Assistant, I shifted to being a Customer Service Representative in Teleperformance, for a year and 7 months under an Airline account. I help customers with booking their flights, queries and stands as a web support. Being able to work as a CSR helps me improve my interpersonal skills and patience a lot and makes me realize a lot of thigs in life. I was able to deliver good quality service to the customers and awarded several times as one of the top agents. 
Now, I am working as a Virtual Assistant for over 5 years now in one of the awarded best places to work in Cebu and mainly under in a real estate account in Australia. In just 6 months working as a Virtual Assistant, I managed to become a trainer and in just less than 2 years, I have managed to become a Virtual Assistant Team Lead Trainee and a Team Lead within 2 years and still in present.
I have also been awarded multiple times as one of the Top VA’s & Top TL's. These experiences just prove how keen I am with every details, how efficient I am in handling the tasks given, how better I am when it comes to my interpersonal skills and how passionate I am in all of my works. I am confident to say that I’m trainable, intuitive, flexible, hardworking, fast learner and can work with less supervision. I sometimes manage to learn processes with my own will, understanding and hard work. I made sure to finish the given tasks on or ahead of time. I can assure you that I am an optimistic person, love to learn new things and that I am very willing to be trained and can easily be trained. With such qualities and experiences I believe I could become a positive addition to your company as a part time Virtual Assistant.
