Profile Description

Goal-driven, results-oriented, and innovative, I completed my graduate degree in Marketing with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communications at Loyola University Chicago last October 2023. During my first year in graduate school, I worked part-time as a Program Marketing Assistant for the School of Environmental Sustainability wherein I assisted the team with marketing and communication strategies and execution for the annual Abrams Sustainable Business Challenge for Loyola students. On top of that, I also work remotely as a Senior Partnerships Executive for The Luxe Nomad, a luxury property management company present in Bali, Koh Samui, and Niseko, wherein I manage key agents ensuring their growth and contribution to total business.

Currently, I work for Emma Sleep as a Business Development Manager where I lead the acquisition and management of offline retail partners, such as AbensonHome and SM's Our Home, and the market's expansion which covers all facets of the partnership. Moreover, I also oversee the IMC plan of the market, ensuring that it aligns with the business' current objectives and with Emma Sleep's global strategy. 

In my previous roles, I worked as a Business Development Associate, Category Lead, and Partnerships Manager for three successful homegrown e-commerce platforms in the Philippines, namely Deal Grocer, BeautyMnl, and edamama. Through these experiences, I gained skills in acquiring and managing key accounts, developing categories and assortments, quarterly and annual business planning, brand marketing and activation, data analytics, consumer insights and competitor analysis, social media marketing, and leading teams. I have also worked with over 100 brands across different categories, which has helped me develop essential leadership skills to support teams in achieving their business goals.
