HR Sr. Staff
-Oversee attendance-related concerns for approximately 10,000 employees across multiple departments and sections. 
-Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for each department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. These reports are used for performance evaluations, payroll processing, and workforce planning.
-Design and implement programs and initiatives aimed at promoting consistent attendance. 
-Calculate and cross-check attendance data for direct employees during the bi-annual performance evaluation process.
-Responsible for keeping employee records up-to-date, particularly during payroll cutoffs.
-Help resolve salary-related disputes by reviewing attendance records, payroll data, and other relevant information.
-Conduct final interviews for subcontractual employees and promotional interviews for internal staff.
-Developed a system that automates many of my manual processes for time and cost efficiency.

Virtual Assistant
-Engaging with potential clients on Reddit.
-Enhancing Reddit account visibility and engagement.
-Conducting basic data scraping

Web Search Evaluator/Content Moderator 
-Improve search engine results for major platforms such as Microsoft Bing and Google.
-Moderate and manage text, images, comments, ads, and news content to ensure compliance with guidelines, relevance criteria, and quality standards.
