Profile Description

I hold a bachelor's degree in mass communication and journalism. I operated as a Customer Service Representative, Sales and Technical Support for 7 years for Telco account. I also have work experience for Collection Specialist for 2 years. My priUpgrade to see actual info responsibilities included responding to client inquiries via Call or Chat.

Since 2021, I've been cold caller from Solar Campaign under (FPL Florida Energy Company), where we're dialing to provide solar panels and transferring calls to our License supervisor for those who are interested in our product.
I also work from Survey campaign in Florida as Col caller. I also work On Real Estate, which we usually call to ask if they have properties interested to sell, we ask qualifying questions
to determine if they are really interested to sell their property
for the preview of real estate as agent we basically calling possible leads whose interested to sell their property and we ask questions about it then will set them an appointment to our manager forward the info. I also worked as Full time chat support for Customer service. Currently I am looking for a full time My Portfolio.
