I worked mainly as a customer service provider for four years
in total both in Hospitality and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Industry. Aside from that I worked also as General Accounting Admin Assistant in
a Financial Management and Accounting Company. With three different fields and industries,
I make sure that I meet and go beyond every consumer’s and client’s expectations.
Exposed to several tools as such Opera PMS, SpaSoft, Micros, AWS, some Microsoft
Office tools and Quickbooks, I am confident that with proper introduction
and/or training as to how the company operates, I can complete the task effectively
and efficiently with less supervision.
Furthermore, taking initiative with high problem-solving skills,
innovative and openness to changes are the skills I have acquired and may apply
to the company. With the skill set I have I want develop more skills and grow
along with the company that will be of great value to me later on in my career.
