Profile Description

I have been working for a BPO company for over 6 years. Part of my job as an operations manager is to foresee the day to day operations and to help the team prepare for the busy season which is every other month. I create monthly SWOT analysis report to identify where we have improved and also to identify the areas that we need to focus on. I have been working directly to the client and made sure that my team delivered exceptional service to our customers. Being an operations manager does not end by making sure everyone is doing their job in the production floor. I also have to make sure our internet connection is stable, our office has working back up power and all employees workstations' are working 100%. Being able to connect with different types of people is one of the things I enjoyed the most. As their manager, any concern that may affect their productivity is something worth looking at and is something that I am very happy to help them with.
