Profile Description

I have worked for 4 years in the Call Center Industry. In that 4 years, I have been to different LOB (Lines of Business), namely Car dealerships, shipments, and T-Mobile. I have been a phone support, email, and chat support. I am familiar with and have experience with Zendesk, Slack, Calendly, Gsuites, Skype, Zoom and MS Teams, and MS Office. I have more than a year of Technical Support Experience for a Telco company in the US. Lastly, a VA since 2019. I have a background as Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant focusing on administrative tasks and QuickBooks. 

- Proficient in the English language
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar and Calendly)
- Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- I am a college graduate with a degree in Education.
